We will keep posting ideas of what children can do to stay fit during their time at home. Click on the link below to see a Key Stage 2 lesson, where children will have the opportunity to play a ‘Snakes and Ladders’ fitness game and do a Circuit Training.
Another way to stay fit and to do exercise every day is to do a Joe Wicks workout on YouTube! Or if not, try and walk round the block or go and have a run around in the park – just remember to keep your social distance!
