Harvest Celebrations – A Time to Give Thanks!

What a wonderful two days of harvest celebrations we enjoyed!

We began with our Harvest Service at St Michael’s and All Angels Church, coming together as a school family to give thanks for all that we have and to reflect on the importance of sharing with others. The service, led by Rev Ifeanyi, saw our school community bring their harvest items to church.

The following day, our children took centre stage in our Harvest Musical Showcase! 🎵 It was a joy to see them sharing their musical talents, performing with such enthusiasm and confidence, and filling the church with music and smiles. We certainly have some budding stars among us!

It was especially lovely to welcome so many parents and carers to both celebrations. Your presence and support made these occasions even more special.

A huge thank you to everyone who generously donated food. Your contributions will be shared with a local food bank, helping to support individuals and families in our community who need a little extra help.

As a Church of England school, our vision is “For every child to live an abundant life” (John 10:10). Harvest reminds us that an abundant life is not simply about what we have, but also about the love, kindness, generosity and joy we share with others.
