A massive thank you to all parents, carers and children for your kind donations for this years Harvest Festival. It is always lovely to see St Michael’s children continue to show kindness through their acts of giving.
On Thursday 14th October, the school came together in a service led by Reverend Ifeanyi to give thanks for the harvest and the items which were donated. The children learnt about the harvest process and continued to think about ways to support those less fortunate than themselves.
The donated items will go to local foodbanks to provide invaluable support for people in the local community.
It is also a good discussion point for how important it is to have consideration for others and why there is a need for food banks.
