We are creative!

During our time of remote learning, the children in Year 6 enjoyed spending some time using their creative skills by engaging in activities which included drawing, painting and baking.

Observational drawings using techniques such as hatching and cross hatching to represent tone.

Painting:  The children painted with mainly one colour and experimented with different shades. Some of the children tried painting with coffee!

POP ART WORDS: These bold designs were inspired by pop artists such as Roy Lichtenstein.

Scones, cakes and more! Some of the children enjoyed being creative in the kitchen. Did you know that you can use a clean tea towel or a piece of fabric to help you to create a perfect Swiss roll?
