Admissions

The process of applying for a place at St Michael's School varies according to whether you require a reception place (for a child starting school in September) or are applying for a place when your child is already attending another school (an in-year place).

Admission Policies

As a Church of England school, the governing body determines the admission arrangements and decides which applicants are offered a place in accordance with its published criteria.

The admissions criteria for children starting school in September 2025 (or during the School year 2025-26) can be viewed here.

Admission Types

For children born between 1st September 2020 and 31 August 2021, are now deemed as in-year places, please click here.

For children born between 1st September 2021 and 31 August 2022 start school in September 2026, for more information click here.
