WOW! What a Start!

Firstly we would like to share our amazement at how well the children have settled in to their new class, and for some, their new school in just seven weeks! The children have worked so hard to follow and settle in to all the different routines and school expectations. We are beaming with pride!

The children have engaged in some amazing learning opportunities and have emersed themselves into so much in the short space of time that they have been here, so come and look at some of their amazing learning so far!…

Welcome To Our Class!

The children created their own portraits for our class gallery board. They are true masterpieces!

Our Golden Rules

The children have made their promise to follow our class golden rules…

Please ask your child what are some of the things that we do to Be Kind, Be Safe and Have a Go?

Our Core Books and Stories

The children have enjoyed engaging in story times. They have participated well when talking about the characters and making predictions. They have even learnt the meaning of key words, such as Author, Illustrator, Title and Blurb! These stories have created some fabulous learning opportunities and experiences from the children too…

Exploring Autumn….

A Letter from Oliver…. YES the REAL Oliver from Oliver’s Vegetables!

The children could not believe their eyes when we received a special parcel from Oliver. It sparked so much excitement they told everyone that walked in to our classroom (and even the adults themselves could not leave!) so please do ask them to share this with you!

So, as you can see, the children have settled in incredibly well and are really making the most of every learning opportunity – we are so proud of them! Well done and happy half term!
