This week in the Nursery it has been all about chicks. We visited the chicks in Reception and noticed how much they have grown. We also had the opportunity to stroke a chick and listen to it cheeping. Our book this week has been Six Little Chicks by Jez Alborough. We made our own little chicks and the children had lots of fun telling the story and racing around with their chick puppets pretending to get away from the big bad fox.
