HAKUNA MATATA

As a memorable experience and extension to learning about Africa from the Autumn Term, Year Five went to watch The Lion King Musical at the Lyceum Theatre. Here is some feedback from the children.

I enjoyed the Lion King very much.  I would love to go again someday.  It was very creative.

I liked the whole show especially when Simba and Nala saw each other again.

I really enjoyed the Lion King Musical as it had different feelings in different parts like when Simba was excited to see what his dad was going to give him.  But then that was a contrast to when the herd of animals stampeded towards him.  The only thing that I did not like was that the interval was so short! I award it nine and a half out of ten.  Hakuna Matata!

I liked the Lion King Musical yesterday because I made eight friends.  The musical was very enjoyable.  It was worth the wait on the train.

I think the Lion King Musical was a lot of fun!  I liked how the actors and actresses knew their parts.  Amazing!

I personally thought that the Lion King was amazing! The characters had awesome costumes! I loved it!! I also thought the people on stilts acting as giraffes were out of this world!

The Lion King musical was amazing! I wish I could go again! When the animals came out, I was so amazed because I had never seen such a thing before.  My favourite character was the woman dressed like a baboon! She was amazing!!

Best trip ever!
