Let’s celebrate!

Even in uncertain times, we ought to celebrate the little things as well as the big things. If the current health situation has taught us anything, I am sure it is about celebrating those special moments and appreciating how much effort others show.

As always, we want to celebrate the children at St Michael’s; the resilience they show and their consistent attitude to be ‘the best they can be’.

As you know, we created the Dojo ‘100 Club’ for just this reason. We cannot have our usual celebration assembly on a Friday, but children at home and at school have been trying so hard to complete their learning and to make progress. These children have not allowed the exceptional circumstances we are living thorough to stop them or slow them down. They are showing just what St Michael’s is all about – ‘enabling every child to flourish in their potential as a child of God’.

So let us all celebrate these children who have reached 100 Dojo Points this week – week beginning 1st February 2021
