Year 3 Love the Tate

This half term, Year 3 have been exploring the work of indigenous Australian artist Emily Kam Kngwarray. We were lucky enough to have the opportunity to visit the Tate Modern for an exhibition of her work, including many pieces never before shown in the UK.

We enjoyed seeing the paintings and batiks in real life, as well as spending time interpreting the stories they tell. We also had a great time exploring the gallery in general, especially the Turbine hall!
