NURSERY NEWS - Autumn 2

This half term in Nursery we have been busy exploring lots of exciting learning!

The children have enjoyed creating repeating patterns using coloured cotton reels, proudly threading and carefully arranging them to make their own colourful sequences. We have also been practising our scissor skills, learning how to hold scissors correctly and snip along lines with growing confidence.

In Maths, the children have been working hard to order numbers, using natural objects, number cards and everyday resources to build simple number lines.

We have been learning about about printing by painting the bottom of saucepans, making marks with cotton buds and transferring the patterns onto paper to make bauble decorations.

We are so proud of how independent, focused and enthusiastic the children have been during our Autumn 2 learning!
