What will your ‘one kind word’ be?

Anti-Bullying Week is coordinated in England and Wales by the Anti-Bullying Alliance and takes place from 15th to 19th November 2021. This year the theme is One Kind Word. The week begins with Odd Socks Day.

Odd Socks Day is designed to be fun! It’s an opportunity to encourage people to express themselves and celebrate their individuality and what makes us all unique! We want the children to appreciate that we are all unique and nobody should ever be unkind to another person for being different. Being different is what we all have in common!

Have a look at how the children and teachers joined in with the fun!

Please watch this video which has been shared with the children.

In a world that has been though so much disruption and turmoil and times of isolation, kindness is more important than ever.

What will your one kind word be? Think about the difference it will make to someone’s life.
