the joy of christmas

We have had the delight of a performing St Michael’s this week, we shared the whole school performance on Tuesday and the Infant Nativity on Thursday. We could not be more proud of the children and I am sure for all who attended that you will feel exactly the same way.

The children sang beautifully and performed for you, their captivated audience. Before the show started anticipation was in the air, they could not wait for those doors to open to see their guests arrive.

As if the joy of the whole school performance was not enough, we had the absolute pleasure of the Infant Nativity. The doors opened and people literally ran to find a seat. Next year we may need to have a ticket system! The children were seated and ready. On with the show!

It was hard to keep a dry eye in the audience. Their voices, their narration, their smiles – how amazing are our Infant children!

We had so many comments from those who came along to the performances and we appreciate each and every one of them.

Well done St Michael’s – you have made the joy of Christmas feel ever so real in our hearts after these amazing performances.

From our hearts to yours, we wish you all a peaceful and joyous Christmas season filled with kindness and love.
