Nursery News 21.7.23

What a busy and action packed end of term it has been. We have thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the children flourish and grow. We wish the children who are moving into their next stage of their education the best of luck and we look forward to more fun and learning with the children that will be with us in the Nursery in September.

Our whole school art project was on the theme of ‘Peace’. In the Nursery we talked about what peace means to us. They talked about feeling happy and safe and having fun so what better way to experience these feelings than through lots of bubble play. We then created some beautiful bubble artwork that could be displayed at the Tate!

Catriona Bateman from www.littlefolknurseryrhymes.com came with her guitar and sang with us. The children were fascinated by the guitar and sang beautifully. You can follow this link to see her on you tube.

And last, but by no means least, we have to say goodbye but see you soon to Ms Carina, who is going to be focusing on her final year of her Masters. We wish her the best of luck and we will miss her so much. We have had so much fun together and we thank you for all your hard work.
