Today we held our Nursery Sports Day. The children have been practising at home and at school – so they were ready to go.
There were 4 teams, red, yellow, green and blue, to match the houses we have across St Michael’s.
Ms Asante and some Year 6 helpers were on hand to set the events for the children.
Parents, carers, family and friends were welcome to attend and on the arrival of the Nursery, the events were underway.
There were five events in a carousel for the children to enjoy: the bean bag toss, egg and spoon race, football goal, obstacle course and the sack race followed by the sprint races to finish. The children had an amazing time and were full of energy.

We ended the sports day fun with certificates for everyone – their smiles tell the real story!
